|Recommended: YesOverall best deal in town on a maintenance free apartment — This is overall an ideal place for a college student to live. Some changes have been made to parking and way more parking has been made available which is great. Office staff has communicated very well with me on any issues and worked well to resolve them.
|Recommended: YesNice location in comparison to Missouri State's campus. — It is less than 2 blocks from campus which is something that I loved about the place. The amenities are nice at BV as well.
|Recommended: YesFantastic place to live — I love the amenities here, the pool is amazing and the free coffee and events are so nice Also, the dog park is a nice touch.
My apartment is amazing It's a great size and my closet is perfect
|Recommended: NoVery Nice Amenities, but too much for college students — Very Nice Amenities, but too much for college students, would recommend a cheaper place to a friend. Extremely good staff and very kind. As far as safe living 10 10.
|Recommended: YesA very safe and nice place to live — It is safe, clean, and very comforting.
|Recommended: YesClean yet deceiving — Most everything is great
|Recommended: YesIt was an adequate place to live — It was good a little loud on the weekends and sirens going off. But that's what happens when you live next to a fire station. It was a good place to live. It's chill and has a lot of cool amenities. Also, the coffee bar got me through the semester.
|Recommended: YesThankful — Can't wait
|Recommended: YesGreat — The amenities are great and I have so much space in my apartment
|Recommended: YesGood, love living here — I love living here. it is really convenient and easy to live here. You can hear everything your neighbors do and there are a lot of parties that can be loud, but i have never really minded.
|Recommended: YesGreat Student Living — I love bear village. It’s a great place to live and makes all its residents feel at home. It is very close to campus, and is near all parts of Springfield. The only downside, was that it took 4 months for me to get a parking spot. So make sure you get a parking spot when you sign your lease Overall, such a great and fun place to live.
|Recommended: YesI think Bear Village is a super nice place to live and the people at the front desk are super helpful — Bear Village is expensive but it's worth it,,, no regrets
|Recommended: YesI love this property. — I would tell them that bear village is extremely clean and reliable. I would also say that if you get the opportunity to live here you should.
|Recommended: NoThe property is nice but a little too expensive for me — I pay about 1000 dollars a month here and I don't have cable or a smart tv, I can hear my neighbors so well it feels like I am living with them. But apart from that BV is super nice and its so close to campus, and the staff here is always nice and eager to help.
|Recommended: YesIt’s great The staff is very courteous and helpful — The atmosphere is phenomenal. The staff is quite helpful and patient. They can help you with almost anything
