|Recommended: YesOverall nice place but tenants don't abide by rules and cause amenities to shut down — Tenants cause issues for the building and for those who abide by the rules, like no glass at the pool but they do it anyways and then the pool gets shut down and we can't use it. Then the trash that can't make it into dumpsters because people don't care. Then the dog park and people leaving their dogs and not picking up poop is frustrating. So all the fun amenities get abused by bad tenants. But that is anywhere. And the fact that vehicles get broke in to non stop is disheartening. Overall, the buildings are nice.
|Recommended: YesParking sucks, everything else is 100000 — The living is great, but if you plan on having a friend over, have them ride with you because there is absolutely no parking unless you want to get towed and pay 200 to get you car back. Parking sucks here, even for some residents. But the staff is amazing and everything is super clean. They are always willing to come up with solutions for any issue and everything is very well kept up. It’s also nice to have the amenities we have such as the study rooms, gym, computer lab, tanning bed, and the dog park All together, absolutely love living here.
|Recommended: YesAlways clean and safe with so many things to do. — It has a great community atmosphere and has the best location for Missouri State's campus. The amenities are also amazing and the grounds are clean and safe.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location — It is a good apartment, and has beautiful landscaping that is always being kept up. The only real downside is the parking. Starting this year there is a charge for parking spaces, and with that, there is no room for inviting guests. While an additional lot was added, it is far and still no guests are allowed to park there. While that is a downside for those who like to invite friends over, the apartments are great and the amenities are as well. Sometimes you can hear the neighbors the walls are kind of thin but in COVID-19 times it's nice to know other people are out there 8 10

|Recommended: YesI enjoy living at Bear Village. It is a very friendly place filled with so many MSU students — Bear Village has been nothing but wonderful. I have really enjoyed living here and being so close to campus.
