|Recommended: NoBear Village Review — I feel as though Bear Village tries to take advantage of us as college students by adding additional fees without being able to prove they were signed for it or advising us ahead of time. When questioned they ignore or don't respond to concerns. More worried about social media appearance than residents needs.

|Recommended: YesBV Review — While this is only my second day living here, I can already tell I will really enjoy it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and even when I ask stupid questions, they don't make me feel that way. Many many great amenities as well which is always a plus.
